AI Support Agent

Mojeep’s support agent uses permitted knowledge and ticket context while leaving resolution decisions with the team.

A customer support agent triages a request, gathers its permitted context, and recommends a ticket category or route. That is not the same as resolving the issue automatically: ownership, priority, and responses to sensitive cases remain governed by team policy and tool permissions.

Example: a customer says they previously reported a fault. The agent can summarize the symptoms, timing, and channel, find approved guidance, and suggest a category and owner. If impact is unclear or the case may be urgent, it should escalate rather than guess at a lower priority. It must not add facts the customer did not provide or the system was not authorized to access.

A service-level agreement (SLA) defines a response or resolution target; customer satisfaction (CSAT) is a feedback measure. Both need explicit operational definitions and configuration and are not guarantees made by an agent. This page covers agent-assisted triage, while the customer support solution covers ticket lifecycle and team ownership. See the knowledge base and support use case.

Context before action

Before suggesting a ticket update, review the status, relevant messages, and priority policy. The agent must not cross organization boundaries or assign a case to an unauthorized team. Resolve or close actions need explicit conditions and reviewability.

Metrics do not replace quality

SLA, escalation, and customer-feedback measures help teams understand service flow, but they do not prove by themselves that an issue was resolved. Review recurring cases, escalation reasons, and knowledge quality with the team.

Case steps and permitted tools

Problem description → knowledge and context lookup → ticket when needed → documented priority and state → responsible team → follow-up and resolution. A configured agent can search, create, and retrieve ticket context and may change priority or state when policy allows. Tools are not necessarily enabled for every agent, and they do not give it authority to rewrite an SLA policy. The support module maintains the work record, while employees retain responsibility for verifying the resolution.

SLAs, escalation, and customer feedback

Ticket context helps staff track response and resolution deadlines under the service policy and calendar. Assignment and escalation follow configured rules when needed; this explanation does not select an employee or guarantee notification through an inactive channel. CSAT captures customer feedback after service under the configured process rather than proving every automated answer correct. See customer support and human handoff for the team’s role in sensitive or recurring issues.

Frequently asked questions

Does the agent replace support staff?

No. It can assist with retrieval and bounded workflow steps; sensitive cases, exceptions, and human decisions remain with the team.

Does the agent guarantee SLA compliance?

No such guarantee is made. SLA monitoring depends on configuration, data, business hours, and team policies.
