AI Sales Agent

Mojeep’s Sales Agent helps interpret inquiries and record qualification in CRM through approved tools and permissions.

An AI sales agent helps move an inquiry to a clear next step: it uses what the prospect has shared, asks a relevant qualification question when needed, and records information in CRM only when the tool and permission are configured. It should not infer a budget, purchase date, or approval the prospect did not state.

Example: a visitor asks about a service. The agent clarifies the intended use, summarizes the need and constraints the visitor actually mentioned, and offers a follow-up step. If authorized, it creates or updates a record with only those facts and assigns the next action to the team. Missing information stays unknown instead of being invented.

Mojeep’s agent tools include CRM operations for leads and opportunities; some quote flows require human approval. Submitting a quote for review does not approve or issue it. This page focuses on agent decisions, unlike the sales solution, which covers team process, or the lead qualification guide, which focuses on questions. See the CRM product and sales agent page.

Context-aware qualification

The agent starts with what the customer has already shared, then asks only for information needed for the next step. When integrations and permissions are configured, CRM tools can record or update a lead while leaving unprovided details explicitly unknown.

Follow-up and quotes

A team can connect a conversation to a customer record, opportunity, and follow-up activity. Pricing and terms must be authorized before any commitment; quotes awaiting approval remain drafts or pending until an authorized person decides.

A sales conversation workflow

Inquiry → relevant questions about the need → approved product knowledge → permitted lead record → qualification or further clarification → ownership and follow-up. An agent must not infer a budget or purchase date the customer has not given. The qualification workflow explains handling missing information, while the sales module covers activities and opportunities after the conversation. The benefit is useful context reaching staff without repeating the same questions.

Quote approval is not a completed sale

Configured commercial tools support specific scenarios and may help prepare a draft from an approved product and price. Submitting that draft for approval asks the responsible person to review it before issuance. An agent must not claim it has completed a transaction, collected payment, or authorized a discount on its own. Follow-up and commercial decisions remain with authorized staff. Confirm tool enablement and permissions before treating a step as available in your account.

Start with a suitable workflow

Define the task, tools, and knowledge source with your team, then test permissions and handoff before rollout. Request a demo to discuss a configuration for your organization or review pricing.

Frequently asked questions

Can the agent complete a purchase autonomously?

No. We do not claim autonomous purchasing or payment. A commercial action requires a real tool, permissions, and an appropriate approval policy.

Does the agent issue a quote?

Creating a draft or submitting it for approval does not mean it has been issued to the customer. Check the quote status and approver decision.
