Manage support from ticket to resolution and escalation

Mojeep’s support solution connects conversations to tickets, priority, ownership, SLA, and escalation under team configuration.

A customer support solution governs a ticket from intake to closure: record the issue, classify it, assess impact, assign an owner, and document the resolution or escalation reason. This differs from general customer service, which organizes channels and communication, and from a support agent, which may assist with triage but does not replace ticket ownership.

For an incoming report, the team needs a verifiable description, impact, and the relevant product or service when the customer has supplied it. The team sets a reviewable priority and routes the ticket to an appropriate owner. A service-level agreement (SLA) is an operationally defined time target; customer satisfaction (CSAT) is a feedback measure. Do not compare either metric until definitions, business hours, and exceptions are consistent.

Mojeep support features provide ticket management, assignment, escalation, and feedback subject to configuration and permissions. Define ticket states and owners first, then measure first response time, time to resolution, reopen rate, and CSAT by issue type. See the customer support use case, support agent, and customer service solution.

Manage the ticket lifecycle

A ticket starts with a useful description linked to the conversation and customer, then receives priority and ownership. Timers follow configured calendars; escalation records a threshold breach or need for specialist attention, and resolution is documented before closure.

Improve through review

Review reopen, escalation, delay, and CSAT patterns, then improve knowledge, routing, or service policy. Do not reduce quality to the number of tickets closed.

Resolve the problem through agent and team collaboration

Issue → clarification and knowledge → contextual ticket → clear ownership → follow-up and resolution → configured service feedback. The Support Agent assists with context gathering and permitted actions; the ticket module gives staff a record for priority, SLAs, and ownership. When knowledge is insufficient or an authorized person must decide, use human handoff. This solution focuses on the work outcome and responsibility rather than the number of automated replies.

An example and limits of improvement claims

If a customer reports a recurring service issue, staff need to know previous attempts, assign investigation, and document the response and resolution. Clear context may reduce repeated information gathering, but it does not prove shorter resolution time without measurement. Review closed-ticket samples alongside CSAT feedback and reopening reasons, then adjust calendars, policy, and escalation. The platform does not guarantee every customer’s satisfaction or fully automatic resolution and this page does not establish activation of every organization channel.

Start with a suitable workflow

Define the task, tools, and knowledge source with your team, then test permissions and handoff before rollout. Request a demo to discuss a configuration for your organization or review pricing.

Frequently asked questions

Does ticketing replace the conversation inbox?

Tickets and conversation history serve complementary purposes; teams need the context, channel, and owner together.

Does automation resolve tickets automatically?

That depends on configuration and permissions. Risky cases or cases with missing evidence need appropriate review.
